Assists
Why is there even a time limit on assists? If I do 90 percent of someone's HP for them to run away for 20 seconds in a long chase, someone last hits them and the games like 'no you didnt do jack shit'.

well you got a point not gonna lie , probably riot thought that gold from assist if well managed goes to full team so this would be too much gold to handle SOOOOO actually they made it a time event
