Changing Champion Splasharts

Hey guys, with the old client u could change the Splasharts pretty easy - i did that a long time ago, because i like the older splash arts more. Now with the new client i just cant find any of the champion splash/icon files so i was unable to change them. does anyone know how to do it with the new client? if yes pls teach me :(
