@RiotRepertoir I was wondering why Evelynn cannot use Q after E until her auto attack resets.

I'm not sure if this is intended, but Evelynn is unable to use Q after E until her auto attack resets, whereas she can use Q then immediately cast E. Because Q-E is virtually simultaneous, it seems like it would be a nice QoL change to make E-Q simultaneous as well.
