Shop in summoner's rift map isn't appering

Without any warning when I started a game I click on shop icon to buy start items but then shop doesn't show up Not a graphic issisu because when I tab on the place where the shop must be opened the champ moves normaly Also the champ info as lifesteal and range that shows up when you open the shop appears normaly

I tried repairing lol files but no thing changed Although my brother opens his account on the same pc and he doesn't have that proplem I also tried to try it on my lab top but nothing changed Pls help me as fast as you can Thanks
