Warwick suggested gameplay update!

Warwick was my first juggler, and I love its concept and ideas, but let’s be honest, the kit is so basic compared to the new champions, that it’s just ineffective, so I thought of a change on his “E” that may be able to put him back on the game without going through a complete rework, today the “E” it’s almost useless, when the enemy see the mark they bait you or run for their lives, leaving me with only 3 skills to work with, not cool.

The "E" function needs to change, now it would have a passive and an active, when active, Warwick will be able run like Volibear “Q” and instead of throw the enemy, it will stun them like Jax does, while on cooldown the passive will not work, and with the passive working Warwick will be able to locate enemy’s with low health but with a catch, if the enemy team have vision of Warwick they will know who’s is visible, but if he is let’s say, on the jungle and they don’t have vision of him he will be able to locate them without they knowing.

Warwick is an old champion that haven’t aged well, now most champions on the current META have some sort of CC independent of the Ultimate, the only CC Warwick have now a days it’s his “R” and with no gap closer ability his gank potential pre level 6 its almost no existent, most ADCs have some sort of escape or CC for example, what can Warwick do? Flash after them? Not a viable option, to do damage his dependent on his “Q” and auto attacks, but with low mobility and no CC its function on team fights is pretty limited, “just ult the damage dealer on the other team and hope that you are tank enough to receive damage from the guys who are keep targeting you for no reason”, with the suggested changes he will be able gank pre lvl6 and be an aggressive juggler, with the stun will be able to protect his teammates and lock down an enemy, not to say that follow stragglers without they knowing will add a layer of strategy currently nonexistent to the champion, the team that go against the Warwick with the new “E” will need to ward even more, to grant vision of him and be able to tell when his after someone, I think its balanced and will make him a lot more fun to play with, what you guys think? To the rioters, please consider the idea, how cool would be to have a fan feedback changing the game in a more direct approach? I don’t want any credit, just want to play with a champion that I really like with a more capable kit. :D
