I would love some advice on raising morale in ranked

Hey guys, been running into a lot of tilters, inters, ragers, and the likes lately

Been seeing a lot of people with their heads not in the game at all, or seeing our team down 4 kills so trying to ff even when we're up a tower or two

Was wondering, what tactics can I use to raise party morale? Things I try to do are,

100-1 (not 0) someone and leash a kill or three to a carry (They think they're all that when they're really just getting spoonfed)

Tell someone good job if they got anything at all out of a terrible play

pretend I like their jokes even if I find them crappy or distasteful

But aside from essentially giving oral sex to these people, what else is there to do?

I would honestly rather drudge out a losing 90 minute shitfest bronze game with nice people then deal with 15 minutes of some 50/0/0 riven shittalking the other 9 people in the game for a free win (unless she goes 50/0/1 and starts inting) , chest, and S+
