What if Cull were the designated sustain item?
Just spitballing ideas here.
Right now Doren's Blade provides AD, HP, and sustain. Cull provides AD, sustain, and a little over 100 gold over running a longsword and three potions.
What if Doren's had no lifesteal, however? What if it were purely an anti-burst item?
What if Cull lost the gold generation gimmick and instead doubled down on its sustain, becoming an item to combat attrition?
Do you think that would make AD starts a little more interesting rather than 'buy Doren's pretty much always'?
