It would be cool if Fervor of battle could have stacked AP when abilities hit targets.

Remember when Ferver of battle stacked with abilities. Man I miss that. Anyway, I feel like it would be cool if mages could have gotten some extra ap from stacking Fervor from abilites.

Sustain mages like would love this. It would have to be done in a way that it would not be abused to much by Hybrid champs off course.
