Needed punishment mechanic in game.

Long story short, im so tired of this... in EVERY game, theres no counter for it, theres no way around it, theres no reason for this to even be in game.

Champions who can dip in and out of combat at will, with no repercussions, and deal massive damage, or can sustain forever by jsut being out of combat for a few seconds, all of them need to have some form of punishment mechanic.

Champions like garen, mundo, renekton, pantheon, lee sin... they can all freely poke at you, cc you, deal stupid amounts of burst damage, or endless sustained damage, then break off the second they need to let cooldowns recharge.

This shoudl have a punishment mechanic attached to it. Its not fun when a garen rushes you, combos you, then runs off to hide behind his tower while his cooldowns recharge, and he regains the 50 health he lost from minions, or when pantheon all ins you at level 3, bursts you to half health, then walks off and takes no damage because minions dont aggro him if its not an auto. Same with renekton, he can dash in, stun you, hit you several times, then dash out all before you have a chance to respond, and honestly... Im tired of it. Stop putting these kinds of things in game, and punish the people who abuse them now.

Garen is meant to be a frontline fighter, so why does he get to harrass with 0 consequence? there shoudl be, at least for early-mid game, a mechanic that we will call 'Cowardice' basically, its a mechanic where, if you are in combat, then break off and are not taking nor dealing damage, you sustain some form of punishment. So if garen goes all in, combos, then runs off like a little b*tch, then he takes aftermath damage based on how much he did to me as true damage. Or, i regain 50% or more of the damage dealt.

I jsut played a game, my FIRST game with ornn, and all garen did was go in, burn his E on minions, then run back to his tower until his E was back up, then did it again. He NEVER fought me, the only times he ever went in was when he had 2+ teammates backing him up. Thats shit design. Allowing an already insanly broken champion to NOT suffer any form of wear and tear in combat, and let him hide and wait for help. And yes, he won that game, i ended up 0/5 because i could not kill him, he REFUSED to fight me, when fights broke out lee woudl dive me, then dash out to shield garen, lux would snare me and let garen shred me for a few seconds, then they woudl ALL RUN. And this isnt a problem soley with orrn, or garen, or any ONE champion, but all champions. Quinn can poke all day long with her Q and never be in danger, lucian NEVER runs out of mana unless the person playign him is braindead, ahri, zed, ez, kayn, every single champion has this issue... I miss the days when if you got into a fight you STAYED IN THE FIGHT. Before all this keystone mastery BS, and too efficient junglers clearing in under a minute... There was a time when you played smart, and carefully, and didnt go all in, no you spent time famring, most games didnt even start until 20+ minutes in when everyone had 150+ CS.

I miss those games, stop upping damage, punish players who overly aggressively poke, do SOMETHING to bring back the old game that was GOOD.
