Buff the cow more! (Alistar buffing)

I know that riot has recently buffed alistar in the bottom lane as a support, and nerfed him as a jungler, but his bot lane relevance still seems a bit low. His heal still does basically nothing at all, unless it is rank 4 or 5, and it still one of the weakest heals in the game. His cooldowns are also a bit too high to consistently pressure the lane as a melee champ early. Please buff alistar more riot, and maybe change his passive to actually be able to support in higher tier play. !

Riot has talked consistently about removing his e at some point since it doesn't fit his kit. Alistar is very good and keeping people safe and late game is a monster. He could use a little more buffs since he is a lower tier supp (though great with champs like vayne). I think if they gave him a different skill instead of his e, he would be much better.

I think it would be best if his E was changed entirely. I also believe is fine that he doesn't have early lane pressure. He's got powerful Q and W abilities that, if up more often, would make it way to difficult to do anything in lane against him. But a different E might change things. His heal isn't strong and doesn't add much to him, and auto pushes the lane by healing minions. A more relevant ability could help his laning more than bidding his already strong QW combo.
