Can we like, make connection from EUW to NA better for people who live near NA server?

Because i'm honestly getting tired of going into ranked, climbing, then to have it all come crumbling down because of people not giving a shit on playing the game and wanting to lose because they possess fragile personalities that if something goes wrong, they just stop playing the game entirely. At least in EU there are less people not giving a shit. There is a reason why this region sucks, and its because of people not giving a shit and would rather ruin people's days than actual achieving something. Godspeed NA, you have a Mt. Fuji sized pile of issues that need to be fixed until ranked is "stable" in this region. DL says this region's soloqueue sucks. He's not wrong even though people flamed him for it. He's not wrong people. Take it from a person who's slightly below "High ELO". This region needs to change in order for ranked to feel better in general. Don't and shit will remain the same regardless of how many ranked changes could be implemented.
