What have we learned so far this pre season?

Glacial seems worthless. Press the attack and klepto are op. Fleet needs a heal buff. EZ, udyr, twitch and some cheeses are problems. Late game carries are still GOD tier and need some nerfs cough twitch. Most champs actually dont seem unbalanced or overpowered like old, Cho, galio, mundo, insert faceroll tank you cant kill but does ridiculous damage. Overall i like it so far. Everything seems playable nothing besides klepto is actually overpowered. What are your thoughts?
