Ranked queue

Okay, so is it just me or is silver this season worse than the last one? Like I was playing and decently climbing, but all of the sudden as soon as I hit s3, literally it was like the apocalypse hit my match history. Like I'm not saying I was perfect every single game I played, but it seems every single game I play no matter how well I do in lane or anything I just end up having an enemy 21/2 darius and a team which is 0/7, 0/9, 0/12, and 2/15. Like honestly I hate to say it, because I always thought league wasn't about luck or anything like that, but honestly, with how it seems now it seems like it's basically all luck to get a decent team with a little mix of op champs. Honestly thinking about it, I went from being w/l being like 23/14 and I went all the way to 23/35.
