Pointrunner needs a slight rework

I love the change you made to Banner of Command, however:

This is not bringing up an odd situation where Point Runner is a unique passive, and also functions with Void Gate. Which kind of screws over people who build Ohmwrecker (both of them), Banner of Command, and Talisman of Ascension.

What are the possibilities that we could remove the "Void Gate" part of the Passive, and add in "Siege Minion." This makes sense since 3 out of 4 items are meant for sieging. (Talisman being the exception). This also has the small benefit of not asking players to drop a void gate in the middle of lane for speed, when most minions won't make it to the next tower any longer.
