New Spell?
Now that Revive is gone for a while now I think they should add another spell to the game any ideas?

Maybe something that will reset your cool downs
something that increases your mr and armor for a couple of seconds perhaps ?
I REALLY want to see a spell with no cooldown. Something were you slowly get seconds of it back to use Something like Swain's ult where there is a small cooldown so you can't spam it ever time you regain .01 seconds of it.
