Spend loot on a reward, then the reward gets added as a mission? Seriously?

I just spent 30 nexus blitz tokens on the nexus blitz finisher. Then a mission gets added to win a PvP game for Nexus Blitz finisher.

Why even have it in the shop then? That's a total waste of 30 tokens.

and if the purchase is what enabled the mission - that's just silly. I bought the finisher. I didn't buy a mission to get the finisher...
