new champ select: I like some of it. Some of it. . .wow, no.

It's pretty.

I liked the openness of the original draft mode: I go in, no idea what I want to play. I like to choose, based off what my opponents and allies are choosing. I want there to be an "undecided" choice for the start. You can choose "fill" but how about an equivalent thing for champions? Yah, you can change your choice, but you're team must kind of count on you to go with what you say you're going with, too. Like: if I'm an early pick, I want to choose a champ that matches with what my team will pick; if they're going to change their choice, then I would have changed mine. It would be nice to advertise that you're flexible with your pick.

I'm also not a big fan of having a carry role pick first; way easier to counter pick for the other side. With this system, I feel the team that gets a support first pick, is at an advantage; and that's kind of unfortunate. If I choose "fill," and get slotted in mid, first pick; I feel like I'm halfway dead already :P

So those are two things I don't like.
