What seems to be a decent rylais possibility

New Rylais:

400 HP ----> 550 HP

100 AP ----> 75 AP

Rylai's passive goes on a 5 second cooldown when used by a spell whose maximum range exceeds 675 is used.

Maybe with this rylais can continue to be used by champions like

While having a 5 second cooldown to prevent spam abuse by champions like (ultimate) (I know he's weak right now but he was one of the worst offenders, and if he gets buffed anytime soon he'll be right back up here wreaking havoc) who will still get to reap the benefit of the passive but only once every 5 seconds.
