Response to Patch 5.24 Rundown
Hello, from the Preseason video I understand that there are some balancing problems that have to do with Rift's Herald and the value of Dragon vs that of a tower. If the current Dragon Pit seems to be the place to team fight in the current meta and its doling out, I say slightly rework mini Baron and put him where dragon is, he's already kind of a 3rd buff in the jungle and to make it interesting, drop 2 of the same buff and make them able to be taken by the other team. If you want make them stackable so the carry can carry or a behind teammate can catch up. Also creates more possibility for team disruption, Dragon Pit is where the reworked Baron would spawn and still give the minion buff. The reworked Dragon will reside in the Baron Pit and roam around the map eating both teams minions. Obviously prioritizing the ones with the most health first! As it picks up from each lane it heals from eating and levels up, it can also fly from top to mid or even bot lane. Creating a few randomized patterns and if it visits each lane without being challenged by losing a decent % of its health or just killed it returns to Baron Pit and sleeps until it gets hungry again. If you're team wakes the dragon you get a couple free seconds until it wakes up but then it gets pissed and basically becomes Godzilla. This adds an extra story line to the game, I think dragon should lazily walk to top lane to eat first in the game and then flies all the way to bot but stops at mid first because it's they lazy dragon and then goes Bot before returning home. Or it could fly Bot from the start who knows that crazy Dragon. The thing is Dragon is just there for the minions so it can level up and be able to fight whoever invades its home, so if you just let it come and go it'd leave within the moment. It visits each lane only once so by the 2nd landing the next lane should have a team fight with a dragon in it! The Dragon Buff should also get buffed slightly and give some worth while buffs for the team in the late game. You could even integrate the masteries something like on the final buff the Mastery that you chose to max at would give an insane buff like a free Guardian Angel Restore or an increase in Max CD or decrease on Summoner CDs or increased vision . Basically the most overpowered buffs that you'd never ever want to be put up against. Dragon never ventures too far past the first outer turret of each team, if the lanes are pushed, Dragon will effectively counter jungle a small wraith or wolf or something against the team winning in that lane. Let me know what you think :) Again I'd love to work for Riot I'm sure it would open up a career path for me where I could realize my dreams. Thank you for your time hope you enjoyed
