Ok I am working on a Kass build and I am wondering if I should go 
or should I replace ROA or Rabadons with 
and throw magic pen boots in instead of cooldown ? I usually don't give melee mages a because they tend to do fine with magic pen and the MR helps a lot. Suggestions?
GETTING RID OF ROA WOULD LOWER YOUR MANA POOL, HP , HE HAS ALOT OF MANA COST. IF YOU DELETE THE MANA POOL YOU HAVE TO MAKE UP FOR IT ELSE WHERE
You dont need seraphin on kassadin anymore.
But if I get rid of Seraphin I lose my early game mana recharge via the tear, I usually get either tear or lost chapter to get me through early levels.
