Even normal games matchmaking is a mess!

Just played a game with my friend. I was Platinum and than Gold next year (unranked now because I dont like dynamic), my friend is currently in Gold, the rest of players from both teams were also gold/silver except our Tristana who's LEVEL 26. I reported him for intentional feeding and I am so sorry for that because I didn't know he's not even 30 untill we finished the game and I checked his profile. No one flamed him tho but I really really feel sorry for him...at one point he was 0-6-0, without even a basic knowilege about the game, he didn't even communicate, not a single word in chat, he just played the game as level 26 against ~Gold elo players with a lot of experience considering that I am playing League since 2012.

So ty Riot, your new players probably have a lot of fun playing this game getting annihilated and frustrated while they just want to have a little bit of fun.

God if I could just go back in time and honor that guy for not saying a single word....honestly I feel really bad because I reported him..Riot if you see this, don't punish him, please.
