Prohibit Banning an Intended Pick

In part, this belongs in Player Behavior, but it's also something that can be fixed through changing an in-game feature, so I'm posting here.

Could we make it so players can't ban champs that their teammates have selected for their intended pick?

I think that there's no instance of that happening that isn't either accidental or just toxic, and it's extremely frustrating when it happens, especially since there's nothing you can do about it.

It doesn't matter if you don't think they're making a good/meta pick, people should be able to play what they want, as frustrating as that can be at times.

Then you're either not thinking hard enough or you're not reading the other posts on this topic.

Last pick wants to play <inevitably OP champion of the patch> and the other team got first pick? Well, that teammate just assisted the enemy team for no reason. Worse is that inevitably you'll have players using this to hold the entire lobby hostage, only allowing others to ban a champ if they swap rolls.

No, suck it up and learn to move on. It's no different having your champion banned by an ally than it is having them banned by the enemy, both result in you picking something else to play. If you think it's a result of your hovering then don't show what you intend to pick until after Bans. You have the tools to deal with this, don't make it a worse experience for all by refusing to use them.

This needs to happen. Players are going to tilt if you ban their pick. Players are only screwing entire teams out of a possible victory when they pull this shit.
