Shyvana Sound bug or intentionally removed? (without notice) - Red pl0x

In regards to Ice drake Shyvana skin. This skin used to have a "ice burn" sound when ever your W hit enemy champ/minions. Every other skin when you use W has a mute sound (no sound effect) when hitting an enemy. It was exceptional for Ice drake Shyvana. Each tick of damage you could hear when it hit the enemy. Now, I can barely hear the first tick of damage, then it fades away. It's really confusing as I thought it was intentional form the beginning, making this skin my favourite.

Did anyone notice this? Can Red confirm?
