4 LEVELS UP, GET EVERY CHAMPION I ALREADY HAVE ??

New level up system is ridiculous. I get the same champions every time. Being YI, TEEMO, MUNDO. Is it RNG, or what is determined, because I think the same champions 3 Level ups in a row is astonishing. IT's going to take me 5x as long to get the champions I actually play?
