the fucking dots on Client when you level up

i just started playing few months ago. and every time i level up there is a dot on "collection" and i click on it, then what? why is there a dot? because i unlocked something? or is it just to annoy me? i click on all sup menues to see of more dots will appair, but no. and i tryt to submit a ticket to get help from support. i cant, submit a request is not possible because it says "you must be logged in to use this" I AM LOGGED IN and i see a "login" in middle of page, i also click on that, NOTHING! i go on facebook page and "send message" and guess what? it suggest that i go on the page i was on from the beginning! this automated "support" bs is making me tilt. if it keeps going like that it will end up effecting me ingame and make me bm my everyone and ruin their game.
