The problem with him is that his passive is broken right now, because it goives him way too much controle about the ENEMY jungle, the objectives and makes him impossible to countergank.

But since actually changing tzhe passive would be admitting they fucked up the rework, they will just nerf his base values and make him weaker and weaker as well inside and outside of his passive zones, until he becomes unplayable.

Calling it now! Wouldnt be the first time they nerfed champions to death by nerfing everything BUT the real problem, until they were trash.
