Hextech broken?

Hey guys, ever since I got the Victors emblem thing from completing seven missions. when I hit "loot" It opens the hextech page, but the only things that are there are the the categories. None of my skin shards, none of my ward shards, none of my Orange/blue essences', none of my Gemstones, none of my order/ chaos tokens. Anyone else having this problem?
