Yet another post about Viktor being destroyed, @Riot ...

Before I go on, I'm an unranked player who plays League very casually. I just started really falling in love with Viktor's play-style a few months ago, and am at the point where I don't shoot his E behind him anymore (don't judge me).

But I do check the boards and forums about PBE changes, and while I understand that some ADC players may not like getting taken down to half or a quarter health by Viktor's E late game, the changes to Viktor's death ray are absolutely ludicrous.

Sure! He may be a bursty sort of powerhouse, but then again, there's many ways to avoid the second laser bit, like... Oh, I don't know, moving out of the way, or playing ANY assassin... But what do _I _ know?

Viktor's in that weird spot of "underrated and underplayed, but still kinda strong." He also has no escapes unless a dingus stays cozy in his W, he has a little burst of speed from his upgraded Q, and an ult that's... Meh. His death ray IS his damage output for the most part. I understand if that output is strong to some, but doubling the delay and having even the bots with kindergartner AI avoid them honestly pisses me, and obvious the vast majority of people, off.

I have joined the Glorious Evolution, and if you wouldn't mind, I'd like to stay there. Riot, please reconsider demolishing the Machine Herald.
