Passive rework:gives attack speed but also gives lifesteal percentage 1 stack = 2% lifesteal added , 2 stack = 4% lifesteal added , 3 stack = 6% lifesteal added , 4 stack = 8% lifesteal added , 5 stack = 10% lifesteal added

That'd be a little overtuned, Ezreal is fine where he is.

Ezreal is balanced right now. He is pretty mobile and safe, so he doesn't need any buffs. You just have to be able to hit his Q and you are good.

rather see his E prioritize champions like ahris foxfire and also his W should be able to damage minions for some minor wave clear as ap. and his ult needs to do reduced damage only if it hits multiple champions not monsters. this would balanced ezreal.

Baking lifesteal into a ranged AD's kit is a very bad idea, especially on Ezreal.

Honestly the only skill that Ezreal needs work on is his w. I'd like to see it buffed for his ad build, but keep the ap ratio intact so that ap Ezreal can still be played.
