I say a good countermeasure to relieve the frustration off trolls or "new korean meta" teemo mids is to lower the LP decay on dodging when these sort of players enter they your que. Well, as you know the system tags these offensive players and give them chat bans and stuff and we are still recieving the bad end of the sitck. So why not give us the chance to dodge for low costs when these players show up? I mean its very frustrating when you have to dodge a unwinnable match for your superior perception just for a troll.

And i also suggest when a person gets dodged, they shall get a offence count for that as well.
