it sucks that crit is such a problem at the moment.

as a garen main id love to have more crit options in the game that isnt attached to attack speed. either in form of runes, or boots.

but crit builds are so cheap and effective at the moment that i fear it would make marksmen even worse by throwing more crit items or options into the mix.

just fix the goddamn stat already and put an appropriate price tag on these items.
