Does Battle Training or Tutorial give xp when you are low leveled?
My newest smurf just hit level 2 off of doing a battle training, so I was wondering if I can keep getting xp from it, and at what level does it not give xp at anymore.

Honestly they halved the xp required and let you acquire full runepages early on. It's not that bad to make a smurf on a weekend and power through it with an xp boost in just normal blind picks.
