Make a shorter queue and fix remake

I am curently in silver elo and I have to select bot and fill so my game is found before 7 min which is disgusting. Also when a game is remade your time is wasted and it feels even worse than losing a game. I think players who are not afk and cannot choose if game should be played because they are in a number advantage are in sh*t now because back in days that game was a free win but now they have to queue again and wast 15 min or more for the next game.
