AP skirmished/bruiser itemization

Hey riot, you guys talked about this a while back, but haven’t heard anything since. When do you expect you’ll be working on making AP skirmishers a real class with real item paths.

Champions like Gragas, Sylas, Ekko, Swain, Diana, Morde (even though he’s about to get a rework) would all have healthier play styles if they didnt have to build AP assassin/mage. Not to mention the fact that AP tanks like Maokai, Nunu and Malphite wouldn’t be pigeonholed into a tank only role (not including Malphite in this case, his AP build is pretty healthy). Also, having an AP bruiser item path in place would open the door to new champions that could fill the role.

It just seems like with all the large scale VGU’s done, as well as a lot of reworks on other classes’ build paths, at this point there should be the time/manpower to let AP bruisers shine.

Could we get an update?
