rework for dodge Queue?

so i wanted people's opinion and suggestions first game i played in ranked some guy picked a Darius as jungle.... did not like it so i dodge system put me in a 5 min time out queue ... third game mid lane picked an adc ... is there any way to fix this dodge system? now that i dodge two games they put me in a 30 minute time out... what if you don't like what you see but get punished for it.... i strongly disagree with this dodge system... is there anyway to fix this? if you get trolls in the same lobby ? what do you guys think about the dodge system?
