idea to iimprove tank

hello riot, i heard you will make an ap item with the highest mr possible (60) and 250 hp 45%magic shred and 200hp magic damage pulse every 4sec. but it's only cost 2500gold i think it need an upgrade. Why not a 4100gold item, with 110mr, 700hp, 70%magic shred but still 200hp magic pulse (but every 1sec to compensate). it would be good.

but i think the real problem to tank for being unviable is cinderhulk, its a noob 2200gold item and optimized for jungle, why not a cinderhulk for laning ? you remove the free gold and damage for monster but you add something for exemple +60% bonus hp, 250hp, with the sunfire damage and 20 damage resistance for 2200 gold. and you can upgrade for a good item (3900 gold) and you get +150%bonus hp, 700hp, sunfire damage unchanged because it would be too op, but you make 100%damage resitance to compensate (it only last 4sec it's not that op btw) it's just a blind like teemo that last longer.
