Fix urf riot

Ok look I love urf like it’s just a fun mode to see what champs are like with 80% cdr but look riot made problem when they changed it from a pick ban to a randomization, with pick ban you could get rid of chaos you didn’t want to fight like karthus but you and your buds could do a fun team comp like all adc with urf buffs or something of that sort but with random you can get champs on the other team that you could of banned and get champs you don’t like or know how to play, also if you are playing with freinds it is VERY unlikely to get the team comps you and your friends would of wanted, also I want to note that snow urf where you just pick champs with snow skins is a fun idea on paper but in game just limits who you can pick and some champs you like don’t have a snow skin you should of just made normal urf with the snow map or just be able to use the snowballs like in snow urf. In conclusion I do think that urf would be a lot more popular if it was pick/ban rather than random. Soo if a person working in riot reads this please change it back.
