Loot system: Champ capsules for decked out accounts

Just wondering fi Riot will ever make it so accounts with all the champions can just juice the level champ capsules as a whole.

Don't knwo about anyone else, but i find it annoying when i get a champ capsule and i have to breakdown 3-4 shards. I have every champ in the game so it seems natural to include an option to blender it right away since I know I wont get anything in it I need/want.
