Getting into a ranked game sooo annoying

Like seriously. People missing dodge queues and then afking at the last second or dodging before the game starts after we wasted 10 minutes for everyone to drain the clock to pic their champs. Been an hour now and I have yet to get into a game because for some reason the League community is full of morons.
