Anyone else notice how Ez Q will stop his auto attack commands?

Idk if this a bug or intentional, but if you spam Ez q while its on cooldown, he will forget his attacks commands and stand still if you don't input a new action.

Anyone else notice that? is this new with the rework or was it like this before?
