My First Balance Post; Lethality

So... I just had an "amazing" fight with a Talon down Mid. I was Darius, stacking a bit of armor (175) and all... but, you know, I really wish I just picked Evelynn so I can assassinate the assassin. Why? Well, because my armor didn't matter - at all. I still felt like paper despite being the role directly meant to counter the assassin.

The current PBE changes for the Cleaver won't do anything for this, either; Everyone will still get it first, and arguably adding 100 HP will make it more desirable for assassins because people don't buy Black Cleaver for the AD. People buy the Cleaver because of the 30% armor shred and nothing more.

We also have items meant to tear through 45% of you bonus armor before all of the above, and though that sounds good on paper - who else but tanks will buy armor? Are... you actively encouraging an all-assassin meta? Seems like it for sure, since not even tanks can survive long enough, and God knows what it'll be like with the 10% added to that already-insane 35% bonus armor pen.

We also still have the Mid God and the Top Godess with a 55% win-rate a piece, reflected with just how irritating they are to fight and their lack of counter-play that isn't "one-shot them before they one-shot you."

Being dead so long is boring, Riot. What else ya' got?

Addendum1: I'm sorry. I'm miffed. Lethality was and always is a bad idea. It's ill-explained, it's fairly obtuse and over or under-powered, and it's, worst of all, easily remedied by just adding new (albeit expensive) items to the game with flat APen attached.
