Reduce Tank items Armor and Mr Since tanks getting buffed

After seeing the change in his ultimate, where he gets Armor and Magic resist i got me thinking tanks already have many resistance stats in their kits so i guess they could lower the resist and shift into a more hp less resist to counter this tank meta.

Riot could buff tanks scalling on their base stats or buff their abilities that give them those Resistances so we dont get tanks
