Ghostblade second item Kha'Zix is pretty good.

This item really got into being a great core item for him after his jungle item. I honestly can't justify going for hydra first now. Tiamat got hit hard and ravenous hydra is a ridiculously expensive item for a jungler to grab. Youmuu's just has all the stats Kha could ever want and the active is pretty much used entirely for getting away or chasing foes.
