Any plans for changes to Kha'Zix W and R Evolutions with the Assassin Update?

Im a big Kha'Zix Player. He's my favorite champ and i have been playing him since i started paying LOL in Season 4. But, his evolutions seem to be not what riot wanted. His evolutions are so he can adapt to certain situations in the game. But now its always the same: Evolve Q, E, then W or R. The main problem is his W and R evolutions. They're very lack luster and dont really provide much more kha'zix than the unevolved w and r. I remember about a year ago when a rioter said they had some plans for his w and r evolutions, but they never went with those plans and we never knew what those plans were. So, are there any planned changes for Kha'zix W and R evolutions for the upcoming Assassin roster Update?
