If you mean experience to level up and gain blue essence then the best thing to do is just play your best and win matches. Pretty sure you gain experience points depending on whether you win or lose the match and how you do with you champion (what grade you get). That's really all there is to it. Once Sylas is released he'll be about 7400 BE like all new champions are to buy unless you wait until he drops to 6300 BE after he's been out for a while. Neeko's price just recently dropped to 6300.
Back in d days it was 3v3 bot games, however I think it got normalized so now the most efficient way is ARAMs because they don't take very long but also don't end too fast. You basically want games that last between 15 and 25 minutes I think because EXP gain slows down the longer a game takes. Nexus Blitz might be secretly OP for leveling since it kind of fills the same nieche as ARAM but you don't meet those fucking ARAM accounts with all the good champions and matches WILL end pretty soon thanks to the walking nexus event.
