Dynamic Queue is a problem for solo players

Alright so im currently plat 4 and i just got off my 10 game chat restriction and ever since i have been more quiet and less talkative in games , but that's not the main problem here. Everytime i play with a 4 man queue they ignore my lane because im a random person they don't know and prioritize their own buddys throughout the whole game. I was constantly getting ganked by their top laner + Mid laner+ jungler and i have already have deployed so much wards in my mid lane , they just kept flashing and killing me (One of them was a riot employee) . I have asked this guy for help so many times , but they just don't seem to listen to me. Guy was also cussing me in all chat and i really was about to go full toxic. I mean the riot employee could have at least said something to him. I had no choice so what i did was just leave the game. I didn't want to suffer another 100000 chat restrictions so i just left. Dynamic queue is truly a problem in general ranked gameplay. Duo queue was fine but , DYNA Q gives you so much to worry about their enemy team having better comm. I already have 5 opponents . why do i need an extra 4? . Feel free to debate and discuss :)
