@Riot - Some weaker runes...

Hi Riot, I wanted to provide some feedback on what I consider to be some of the weaker runes:

Sorcery, Waterwalking: This rune is entirely too specific, and for roughly 80% of the map, is useless. It should grant flat stats of some sort that are amplified in the river. There's no reason to waste the investment in this rune when you could take Gathering Storm or Scorch for universally useful effects.

Inspiration, Hextech Flashtraption: This rune has potential, but the actual way you cast it is garbage. Holding the button and releasing it is utterly useless. This should have a cast mechanic like Tahm Kench's R. You should press the button and it should channel to where you want to go. It's far to easy to botch this mechanic because you don't know how to use it or your finger slides off the button or something. Change it, and it will be more usable.

Inspiration, Approach Velocity: This is just blah. I personally despise the "towards impaired" mechanic because I don't think it's that useful and I don't think that it's something worth investing in. Cosmic Insight in this tree is absolutely amazing, and offers something universally appealing. This rune is just severely niche, and it's not something that many, if any, champs want to utilize over the other two runes in this bracket.

Resolve, Iron Skin, Mirror Shell: These two runes are just absolutely useless. Sure, 5 armor/MR is nice, but a temporary boost in your selected defense when you heal or take a potion is just lackluster and doesn't have any kind of impact on the game once you stop buying potions (hint, this is REALLY early in the game). If this temporary boost stacked, it might be a different story, but there's absolutely no reason I'd want to take either of these over Conditioning, which grants the effects granted by these two, as well as more Armor and MR right when the game is picking up speed.

I think making these runes more appealing would create less stagnation in the trees they belong to, because Runes are intended to give us unique spins on playstyles, and so far, there are clear winners compared to others that leave this lot in the dust.
