Why game loading so slow?

What kind of data containing players profiles, that loading time for many players (often) is so slow? All of profiles data are kept on server so uploading speed should be similiar for everyone. Only information we have to download is information about players runes type, there is no other informations needed to be downloaded so it means that data we have to download is very small (not more than 1MB) - even for low speed internet connection it should be very fast so... why is the reason that players profiles loading so slow? Min internet speed is probobly something about 1Mbit/s which is mean that whole game should be loaded not more than 1 min.

Even 6 months ago there was much faster... so what have been changed in the game that loading time was increased do much... sometimes even 5 minutes?

(It has nothing to do with my (ISP). I have 50Mb/3Mb.)
