Jhin

Hey, I am mainly playing adc and I don't like the fact, that Jhin doesn't deal as much as he needs. Maybe it would've been a good idea to buff him, or to just make the old lethality build viable once again, or whatever you think is best to bring balance, because I want to play Jhin, but it just isn't worth it.
