Riot's Balancing team is completely clueless.

The balancing notes as well as the posts and threads here speak for themselves. But the one thing I will say is that Riot seems to only balance the game around bot lane and seems unable to balance the entire game to a level where it's only sore losers that will rage here on the boards, not just players that care about the game.

Riot, you need to wake up.
